I wanted to know if Splenda can be substituted in place of regular sugar? My mom is a diabetic and would love to eat some. How much can I use in place of it. I’ve made this before and it was gone overnight lol

Perfect recipe! Mine thickened immediately with no clumps. I think next time, I’ll do less sugar, but didn’t want to make any alterations the first time around. I used homemade nilla wafers. Such a wholesome, simple dessert.

I did change a few things. I used all heavy whip cream, no milk. I omitted the salt since I used salted butter. I also added a tad bit of banana extract along with the vanilla extract! Great recipe. Suggestion would be to make more pudding than you think you will need if you are using a larger serving dish.
