I’ve made this with the pecans and it’s delicious. Have you ever tried it with almonds instead?

I made this exactly per directions. I did line my pan with parchment paper. I used chocolate chips instead of Hersey bars.
It was wonderful! A Great dessert!!

The last batch I made was with walnuts: delicious! Just made a batch with chopped hazelnuts. I think any nut would be fine!

You absolutely must stir it constantly & not have the heat too high. Not following these rules will result in burnt toffee.
