Adding alcohol will probably taste great and make the texture nicer. I’d start with a small amount – maybe 1-2 tablespoons…. too much and the ice cream may not freeze all the way. I’d take the liquid content out from the orange juice instead of the milk so you aren’t messing up the sugar to fat ratio.
