In reply to Carrie. Hi Carrie, the recipe bake time here is for a metal muffin tin, not a glass baking dish, which will take much longer to cook.

Delicious, easy to make. Love this recipe! No changes, perfect as is. Convenient to make in cupcake pans and can make ahead. Everyone loved it!

This has been in the oven now for over half an hour and it still isn’t close to done. Timing was way off for me. I used a glass baking dish and not a cake pan though

I see there is a gluten free option. The recipe calls for 1 2/3 cups of flour but the gluten free version calls for only 1 cup. Is that accurate? Has anyone made it gluten free? Thanks:)
