I have just 1 question plz … Can I leave out the sugar or is it necessary because of the yeast? I am a foodie/amateur baker 😊 … i make pamcakes without sugar and was wondering if I could do the same.for the waffles …

Holy cow, these are *amazing*! My husband kept inhaling the scent of the batter as I was putting them on the waffle iron. One recipe made more waffles than my three times my old recipe. Thank you so much for sharing.

These waffles are, quite simply, amazing! Crispy on the outside, light, buttery, and fluffy on the inside. My whole family raved about them. Not sure how we will ever go back to regular waffles. Most of the prep is done the night before so the morning prep is fairly easy. These waffles are a breakfast changer!
