Lauren, I didn’t have two metal pans, so I used one glass and a metal pan. The metal pan raised two possibly three times higher with lots of hills and valleys. Also, I was out of vanilla flavoring so I used maple. The family loved them. It’s also a great recipe to make with little children as helpers. Thank you.

I am not fond of regular pancakes and don’t know how this recipe popped up but it looked interesting so I decided to try it. So glad I did as these are really good and very easy to make. I will make these again.

These were phenomenal. Easy to make and very little ingredients that you’ll most likely already have on hand. I think the key to this recipe is to ensure that you’re using a blender and introducing enough air into the batter. I was tempted to use a whisk but I didn’t think that the batter would be as light and fluffy. After a couple bites, my kids already asking when I was going to make it again because it was so good. So thank you. As a busy mom of multiples, forgive me a quick breakfast recipe and making my morning that much easier. Highly recommend and you can use different toppings.

I have made this recipe multiple times and have never been disappointed. Since there are only two of us, I cut the recipe in half and use two small cast iron skillets to cook them. It works great. I then top with a drizzle of maple syrup, some blueberry compote and powdered sugar. They are delicious. If I knew how to post a picture, I’d share.
