Egg and Sausage Brinner Bowls are breakfast bowls with potato, avocado, sausage, and avocado. They make a fast and yummy dinner.
Guys, I’m happy to inform you (if you haven’t heard already) that February is National Hot Breakfast Month! I’m sure you can relate to crazy weekday mornings where you’re trying to get everyone dressed and ready for school or work.
In our house it’s early, busy, and I hardly have time to make a piece of toast for myself. Seeing as breakfast is my FAVORITE meal of the day, a little piece of toast just doesn’t cut it! So, to ease the pain, I’ve fully embraced “brinner”: breakfast for dinner.
Jones Dairy Farm (which makes so many great products that you can find here), understands that not everyone gets to or can enjoy breakfast in the morning, so the they want consumers to enjoy the breakfast foods they love at the dinner table.
Some of my favorite brinner (breakfast for dinner) meals include these Breakfast Potato Boats and these Seven Layer Breakfast Tacos.
JonesBrinner.com has over 100 great recipes and step-by-step instructions for cooking bacon, sausage and eggs. I love to eat eggs for breakfast, but I get tired of scrambled eggs. I love this awesome tutorial on cooking eggs six different ways. Every method is super easy and it’s really fun to mix it up.
But let’s talk about these Egg and Sausage Brinner Bowls. They’re easy and fast to make and loaded with protein and all of the fresh ingredients I love to eat for breakfast. Best of all, they will keep you full all morning long!
